12-YEAR-OLD TRIES TO WIN MONGOLIA'S BIGGEST HORSE RACE

Cinemavixion Review

This documentary offers a compelling look into the aspirations of a young Australian boy, Angus, as he endeavors to compete in Mongolia's prestigious Naadam horse race. At just 12 years old, Angus embarks on a journey that is as much about personal growth as it is about equestrian achievement. The film captures the stark beauty of the Mongolian landscape and the inherent challenges of participating in such a demanding event, especially for a foreigner. The narrative highlights the high stakes and the emotional weight carried by Angus and his supportive family. It's a heartwarming, at times perilous, exploration of determination, cultural immersion, and the pursuit of an extraordinary dream against formidable odds.
