11 BLOCKS

Cinemavixion Review

"11 Blocks" plunges viewers into the visceral heart of urban decay and desperation, presenting a raw, action-driven narrative reminiscent of classic urban crime thrillers. The film follows John "Concrete" Hong through a perilous night in the aptly named city of Union, a place where street gangs reign and the police force is deeply corrupt. John's struggle is immediate and primal: he must navigate a treacherous landscape to protect the woman he loves, Bethany. The plot thickens with the introduction of a ruthless Police Chief and his hired assassin, Finger, turning John's fight for survival into a targeted manhunt. While the film's direction and specific cast performances are not detailed here, its commitment to a gritty, high-stakes scenario promises an intense viewing experience for fans of the genre.
