100 MILES FROM HELL

Cinemavixion Review

"100 Miles From Hell" plunges viewers into a gritty narrative of blue-collar desperation and the violent quest for retribution. Directed by Eric, Ian, and Stephen Sewell, and featuring a performance from Stephen Sewell alongside Matt Butler and Nathan Ewert, the film charts the course of two friends pushed to their limits. When a drug deal goes awry, leaving them robbed and with nothing to lose, they embark on a series of robberies to reclaim what they believe is theirs. The film, released in 2014, explores themes of desperation and the morally ambiguous paths individuals might take when faced with dire circumstances. While critical reception and awards are not prominently noted, the film offers a raw, action-driven portrayal of revenge from the underbelly of society.
